Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
To request a return, please contact us at rapideservicesbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Items marked "final sale"

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
